We just experienced the most frustrating check out every at store #607 register 607 401 73 880001. The bag scale would not register the weight of the item as soon as it was entered in my bag. When the bags were full and I removed them from the scale the computer was telling me to put it back in the bagging area.
The other thing is the price of fruit is way to high.

Stopped in the Islandia New York Store today for lunch, bought a hero maybe two slices of ham, I say maybe because when I opened it up it wasn’t even two. Sorry but it was horrible! What a ripoff. BTW this store is a ghost town once a flagship store. Hint hint. Break your status quo.

Hello I went to store #11 Revere Ma 02151 on 9/28/2021, the handicapped carts were dead, not charged. They are always dead and NOBODY cares. That’s why I go to Market Basket. they treat you right, I spend $150. 00 a week for food and supplies. I have told the people in your Store #11 about the problem, NOBODY cares. also there are only 2 handicapped carts in that large store. Need more. Market Basket has 10 . And the store is jammed with customers. I hope you fix it.

625 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11217 has a cashier named Tracy that is nasty, mean, and rude. She acts like a bully and disrespects certain female customers. She is so unprofessional and disrespectful. Some of the associates in customer service are mean, nasty, and disrespectful. Some of the employees practice bullying behavior and practice abuse of some of the customers.

Your store in Warwick, RI on Greenwich Ave. leaves something to be desired. I am a senior and it’s the only large market convenient to me. This store is getting worse as time goes on. When I shop now, it is necessary to check expiration date on every item I want to purchase. Two weeks ago there was an item dated 7-22. Definite change in meats since meat cutters outsourced for cutting and packing. Twice have purchased meat that date was good. After cooking it had to let the garbage have it. Sell date was good, so obviously refrigeration in transport or in store is at fault. Your prices are very high which makes me think I have to go to Market Basket which is out of my way, but it will eliminate concerns of poor products and inflated prices.
